For high mobility armor, I highly suggest going through this season and working your way up to get focusable armor stats, You can also run a mobility mod on your ghost to guarantee yourself better mobility, Hope this helps bro
umbral focusing at helm is good for high stat armor
You ... can't really buy armor (well, there are some exceptions to that ... but that's not the normal way you acquire gear in Destiny 2). If you want High Mobility armor, then Masterwork a Ghost Shell and equip the mod that'll increase the likelihood of getting armor drops with high mobility (there's one for each stat). There's also mods for other things, like ... finding destination resources and chests, or getting bonus Glimmer from activities, or getting bonus rewards from Strikes/Gambit/Crucible.
As Mez said: Talk to Ikora Rey and buy the Void upgrades.
As trukr said: Buy extra bounties. Everyone who has bounties will sell you extras (for 3K glimmer). And more bounties means you earn rep with that individual faster.
In particular, look at the extra bounties at the War Table in H.E.L.M. I also take extras from Banshee-44 and from Zavala. (But I'm not really very interested in PvP, so I ignore Shaxx and Drifter (mostly)).
Edit: And if you have an Exotic Cipher, you can buy an exotic weapon from the Kiosk in the Tower. That'll use up a pretty big chunk of Glimmer. I'd suggest the Witherhoard if you don't have it. Or Ticcu's Divination.
Me too, me too. I just don't worry about it unless I run out and that's rare. I think the last time I had little glimmer was when I bought some golf balls to burn off some resources.
