Where to find Empirical Evidence pattern ?

I found the gun but none of them can be extracted, where should I look for that one to do the quest ?

Anything that can drop Empirical Evidence, has a chance to drop one with deepsight resonance. So things like the chests dropped by high-value targets, public event rewards, deepsight chests, Fynch's rewards, etc.

Iirc open every chest you can find with the chest finder ghost mod including deep sight puzzles in our in the instanced (solo exploration) areas.

Yeah also what EckyThump said, anything else that gives a chest like the wandering hive guardians and public events.

OK, but now is another step, where to find Deepsight Come to Pass rifle ? I never see this rifle at all.

Come to Pass, Tarnation, Fel Taradiddle and Father's Sins are all Wellspring rewards. The weapon drop rotates each day so you can always chase a specific one, though the drop rate is still random, as well as the chance of having deepsight resonance on it.

Keep in mind that is some RNG protection according to Bungie. So you will eventually get the weapon, though it might take a while.

Ah yes ... Bungie always turn something enjoyable into grind fest ...
I was enjoy the story campaign so much, then after that I stuck with this boring, grinding quest ... for no reason.
