Destiny expansions???
I purchased all the Destiny 2 content for PC through the Microsoft Store/ XBOX Game pass (on my pc) and now cannot access any of it through Steam and the Microsoft store version no longer works or launches. Am I going to have to spend the $100+ to repurchase all the DLC?!?!

I am in the exact same situation. I'm subscribing to this discussion to see if there is an answer. I refuse to pay $100 again for content that I already own.

Have you tired linking the accounts? Okay m pretty sure that’s a feature where you can link the accounts to each other.

Steam and Xbox are separate platforms and they make it very clear that you cannot share DLC across platforms so yes, you will.

YEs you have to buy them again, windows store and steam are not the same version of the game. Different platform

I did the same on the battle.net platform, but I "missed" the deadline to transfer it to Bungle (wasn't playing for a long time and no notification), so yes, Bungle wants your money again. Nay, says I. Bungle will no longer have any of my business. They're dead to me as a company.

Destiny 2 is no longer on game pass and it was announced a while ago.

Why doesn't the Microsoft Store version work any longer? I would try to fix that issue not pay $100 again just to play on Steam.

The Steam and Microsoft Store versions are not compatible - however Destiny 2 is still available in the Microsoft Store, it's only gone from Gamepass. If you bought all the actual DLC and didn't only pay for Gamepass try claiming the Destiny 2 base game again, maybe it works (my experience with the MS store is very limited though, sorry).

you can still use the items from the dlc just fine (from what I experience going back to console and playing). In terms of ownership of dlc, you have to buy it again if you want to access the dlc content from another platform than the original. As mentioned by those above^^
