peer to peer, I don't think knock out would've activated since shield was still active.

Same reason why you can also melee someone 3 times at point blank and do no damage. P2P and latency.

Warlock died recently in front of OP. Titan hands were glowing during attack. It could be amp effect, but OP's body was disintegrated by arc. Knockout activation kill doesn't cause that animation => Knockout was active

Knockout was active and increased his Melee range, his hands were glowing before he shot you with the shotgun

Also latency happens guys, funnily enough destiny is better than other MMOs in this regard

Try playing wow or eso and having the server lag casuing you to not be able to even fire off anything
