Any faster way to get bounties?
Do I seriously need to load into the tower and run around every day I want to play?

The Destiny 2 Companion app for Android/iOS allows you to purchase bounties from orbit or any social space (Tower/Helm). Aside from travelling to the appropriate vendors that's the only way to get bounties as Bungie's don't allow third party apps to spend resources/currency through the API at present.

Don't even need to be in game, you can grab them all while logging in.
