Free and by free to play to everyone specially players that only have access to base game or one couple expansions except for The Finale Shape? Because the destinations have been unable to explored further because without the expansion or Echoes access we are only capable to wonder around in the Last City tiny portion of the whole destination.

I've watched RackKacksHD video as usual and the scenario played in Zero Hour mission is part of few triumph challenges to obtain Legend newest title but what about the rest of the Pale Hearth destination?

Well I watch couple youtube channels on TV after lunch for a quick spin before I jump in the game. What is wrong with that?

Anyway the new armor is found around the tower section of the pale heart, don't need finale shape.

Well Pale Hearth destination have been the only place since the arrival with this expansion that is not opened to everyone but whose are legitimately to go through. And is why I ask if the whole destination is now opened or just Last City area and nothing more.

Why would the destination be "open" there is no patrol zone with Final Shape, the 3 explorable zones of the pale heart are post campaign activities.
