Tether in new dungeon when?

I understand it not being available during contest. Ok you forgot to turn it on after contest is over, it happens. But weekly reset was yesterday and we still cant use Tether. Is it turned off permanently for this dungeon?

Honestly I'd be surprised if it was ever enabled with how the second encounter works.

It's disabled due to a likelihood of kicking the fireteam back to orbit with a Guitar error, not due to any contest mode balancing.
(I understand you can use it in Master mode, and that's possibly unintentional)

Guitar errors are the official reason sure but I expect they're still trying to figure out how to "fix" the sheer amount of aoe damage the "boss" takes and they didn't want tether obliterating the boss in 2 seconds.

Tether and 3 Wardcliffe Coils and the servitor boss is done in 5 seconds, that's the reason you can't use it.

It is indeed enabled on Master, anybody tried it on "that boss"? Is tether as op as we think it is?

Wardcliff/tether will go crazy when they fix the guitar errors. I highly doubt they're trying to fix it when it's only broken for a single encounter
