Does Anyone Even Enjoy Iron Banner Anymore?

Genuinely curious. I never really see anyone talk about Iron Banner being fun. But the internet is also only filled with people who complain (myself included, won't lie.)

I still remember D1 Iron Banana. I'm not sure if enabling light levels in 6v6 would make it better in D2, but it does need something.

whats not to like about it compared to the last runs? shotguns are finally ♥♥♥♥ where they belong, and special ammo is rare as it should be.
super and ability spam seems to be at a low aswell.

the only thing that kinda sucks is that all pvp exotics have been nerfed into oblivion so everything is kind meh, but its better than arc titan meta.

Havent touched pvp/crucible in over a year (only private matches with clan m8 to do some of the weeklies, not all of em).
There are hackers, and they have discord channels, am surprised at all, they're roaming freely as they do.

Curiously, they have removed Iron Lord's pride origin trait from the current iron banner armor, so new players have zero chance of getting armor that helps them get prisms and upgrade that armor. I guess they would like new players to grind more instead into this abomination.
The current IB is the worst one yet, in many years from a loot-grind perspective.

I'm not a PVP player. I'm actively trash at it, always bottom of the roster and fractional K/D, but I've been trying to improve over the past couple months. Convinced my gf to jump into IB with me last night, and besides a few unbalanced mercies, we were in a bunch of really close games. Victory was like 149-150 multiple times. I actually had fun! I got several 1 point something ratios, and even managed a 2 :)

I'd written off the Crucible entirely a long time ago, but I genuinely enjoyed myself last night. Gonna go back in tonight, even though I already have a few good rolls of the Stasis rocket sidearm. New armour looks beautiful too.
