For the love of god, Use D2ArmorPicker

The amount of people with the most horrendous armor stats imaginable is turning me into a psychopath. Just hoard high stats armor in your vault, use D2ArmorPicker to filter out every possible combination of mods and subclass bonus to focus on the stats that matters to your build, load it to your DIM, and done. The fact that some people are fine with their titan having 60 mobility is making my guts boil. It's completely fine if you are new but if you have over 1000 hours in this game and still have those kind of stats... better watch your back.

Is that a good or a bad thing? I'm going to assume you mean it is too high in which case I agree, if you have more than 18 mobility then are you really a titan?

Or roll perfect 33's across the board and be god tier

Honestly, it has more to do with skill than stats. Gear helps, but it won't determine a battle outright

There's a channel I follow, TDT, and to prove a point about gear, light level etc, he will gut his character to the lowest light level possible (aka the destroyed gear sets from the red war) which have NO stats on them, and hop into ranked and still gets amazing games. Why? Because he's good at the game, and not because his gear is godlike

PvP is different and that is where skill is the deciding factor but in PvE having terrible stats just tells me you can't be bothered to make a build or at the very least don't care to bother having maxed out grenade or super recharge.
