In the Crota’s End raid in Destiny 2, the Chalice of Light is a key mechanic. Here’s how it works:

Holding the Chalice: When one person picks up the Chalice of Light, they start accumulating energy, which is reflected on a filling meter just above their super energy bar1. Once it is full, they become Engulfed in Light1.
Passing the Chalice: If the Chalice is fully charged, someone else on the team must take the Chalice within 10 seconds or the Guardian holding it dies1. When someone takes the chalice from you after it has been fully charged, you receive the Enlightened buff2.

As for your question about immortality, the Chalice of Light does not grant immortality. It’s used to counter the Presence of Crota debuff that prevents Guardians from regenerating health while fighting Crota, Son of Oryx4. The Chalice can only be held by one Guardian at a time, and can be exchanged among the members of a fireteam by taking it from the current wielder4.

iits just for this quest weapon master raid, raids is for profigamers, you must give this quest fo 6 days master raid, this is crazy, quest for absoluty black shader

Lamps is by far the hardest encounter for public lfg just do crota and ♥♥♥♥ on him with banner of war + well and 6 laments.
