is Pantheon like hard ?

hey there chumps,

sum1 told me is like hard and i might wanne do other raiding activities before i jump into that mess

i just got like a quest where i have to do this raid *confused

Can't believe bungie wouldn't cut it down to just an easy first room encouter where u walz through in 5 min and get like an exo weapon or code ( 1x time quest )

Its pretty hard especially if you have no raiding experience.

Pantheon is a series of back to back raid boss encounters. So they are encounters you'll play if you do other raids, for example boss 1, Golgoroth, is the 3rd encounter from the Kingsfall raid.

However even if you're familiar with the original raids, they are 'harder' in Pantheon due to two reasons,

1 - Power cap. Depending on which Pantheon activity you play (they will unlock as weeks go by) you'll be -5 under powered for the encounters, or -10, -15, with the most difficult being -20, equivalent to Master level content.
2 - Some slightly different mechanics. Encounters may have some additional enemies, such as Tormentors and other strong enemies, where the original version did not have them. Golgoroth normally applies a debuff to one attacking player, now he applies two at a time.

Sure, you could go ahead and learn the Pantheon version of these bosses, or get familiar with the regular raids and then try the harder versions in Pantheon. Will say though, Pantheon is a limited time event so maybe going straight into it would be better.

yes it's hard iv been at it for 2 days. one fireteam i was with today had been stuck on the second enounter for 9 hours without success.. furthest iv got so far is 3rd encounter.

Week 1 is pretty easy, just a couple changes to make the easiest jobs not completely free. Not much experience is required for week 1 i think, just knowledge of how to do the encounters should suffice with moderate competence

If you have done the raid encounters before and are playing with others who have done said raid encounters before, yes, it is easy. If you don't know the raids, play them on normal a couple times first.

Pantheon is basically contest mode similar to day 1 raids so yes it is hard.

I fully completed Pantheon in 4 hours (lmao) and i've had never done the first two bosses. Very fun and even killed two bosses within time. Got two adept guns and the sweet touch of malice. Me happy!

from what ive seen its pretty much what they did at the end of destiny one with all the raids with new stuff added and your under light

difficulty wise its easier than legend content, but unlike legend content that you can solo without much issue, you need to play smart and coordinate with 5 other people and do mechanics.

"easier" but also not easier, you will have a million times more issues in pantheon than you will in most other content in the game because everyone thats flocking there is dumb and expects to be carried through every encounter without having a single thought going through their head

have you considered finding tryhards that know what they're doing

not my fault when people join kwtd without mics or knowing what to do also doesn't change the fact that lfg was horrendous for the last week because its free to play and people just want carries literally doesn't change my point
