power level

im currently stuck at 1813 , and any of the gear i get also stays at 1800 - 1810 , is that the highest you can get? cause i was told that the "pinnacle gear" or "powerful gear" that can be earned via weekly challenges can give you more power but that doesnt seem true since nothing ive gotten goes over.

1810 is the highest gear level, if you logged into today and grabbed the free gear then it maxed you out and pinnacle/powerful gear now only serves as max level stuff to use for infusion.

Max gear level is 1810. Everything else comes from the artifact.

1810 is the max if you're seeing 1813 you're either: below 1810 and have a decent amount of additional artifact power, or at 1810 and have +3 artifact power.

1810 is the max (pinnacle) gear cap right now. Once you have the ability to avg =1810 gear (whether you're wearing it or not) the game will drop 1810 for all pinnacle rewards for you. Other (powerful) rewards will drop 1800.

Now the real part you should know: open your character screen and hover your mouse/cursor over the power level on the top-right and it'll say something like

1813
Gear: 1805 + 8 BONUS

This bonus is your artifact, which you can also see by hovering over the artifact.
