Unrelenting is still good, is just as easy to activate as heal clip and can drop on any weapon type while heal clip is restricted to solar weapons

I use those final blow small healing shot from vanguard perks. A bit of health with fast recovery make them quite good. Heal clip and unrelenting disappoint for one fact. They are located on 4 perk slot which one way or another I can't have any perk that stack damage.

What are you talking about? Heal Clip is a 3rd column perk like other stat/reload modifying perks and almost all the weapons with heal clip can have a normal damage perk in column 4 such as heal clip + kill clip.

What are you talking about? Heal Clip is a 3rd column perk like other stat/reload modifying perks and some weapons can almost all the weapons with heal clip can have a normal damage perk in column 4.

Also want to add to this that there are some weapons that get Unrelenting in the Third Column.

Seems like it is a filler perk that bungie puts in 3rd as often as 4th tbh.

Ohh...I may have misscalculated that. Or maybe had no luck in the past finding automatic weapons with healing perk and damage stack.

The auto rifle from crota's end is craftable and can have heal clip and kill clip, swashbuckler, incandescent, sword logic, or target lock, happy farming.

Today's legend/master lost sector (March 29) can apparently drop Heliocentric-qsc for heal clip and surrounded, frenzy, kill clip, or incandescent.
