Done all Micah quests but only Sword Dance Cyst is avaliable

Hi All, as the title says. Did all her alone in the dark quests. At some stage in the map I had all cysts, now I only have Sword Dance and no other. Not even the damn bird shows in the others.
Any ideas how can I reset that or get the cysts back? I only play 1 toon so not done anything on any other.
Appreciate the guidance.

Not even. Only in Sword Dance I see the bird at the beginning and leads the way until the entrance, in the other ones no show whatsoever...

You don't follow the bird, there should be a bird around the entrance to the transition zone in the patrol zone that will swap the "active" cyst mission.

Thanks Mez however there is part of the issue, the bird is nowhere to be seen by the other cysts so I have no way of interacting with it to change anything. If I go to Micah, he/she has no quests left…

Have you completed "Alone in the Dark" six times? The other quests don't unlock anything related to the cysts, only the other Pale Heart weapon drops.

I believe yes, Micah only has "Ghost Tracker": Check back later. Micah-10 is gathering further locational telemetry... I have checked with her now for 5 days and nothing.
Also, if I open my quest log, no Alone in the Dark left...
Even the weekly of Micah, clear a Cyst, if I do Sword Dance (again), it does not count.
I have a frustrating feeling of been stuck in limbo on this.

Alone in the Dark is infinitely repeatable so it shouldn't ever disappear. If it has gone, check the Quest Archive at the Tower.

Thanks! Nailed it. That was it, I had removed one (was stuck and was aiming at restarting it) and completely forgotten about that.
