I am missing a memento from my inventory?

If anyone has a source of who i should contact, i acquired the lost memento or whatever during the wish token thing. Saved it in my inventory, wanted to use it, and its gone.

I checked via DIM to see all my weapons with mementos, nothing, so I didn't use it, and I know I ain't dumb enough to scrap it.

Also, i am doing quests in the pale heart, but on my journey thing it still has not said i completed the campaign.

You need to dismantle the momentos in your inventory for them to convert to new momentos.

there is an item now in your inventory that says that your mementos are now tracked at the weapons where you can insert the memento itself. you have to dismantle said item (for me it was a fizzled gambit memento) to add the now tracked-on-weapon memento.

It's depreciated with the new "enhancement" system

In your inventory where it normally is, it'll say something like "fizzled 'x' momento" - you can safely dismantle to use it in an enhancement on a weapon
