Cayde 6 is using the 3rd darkness subclass or a new light subclass. In the trailer we see that his gun has strange light coming from it. I think this is a new subclass since it doesn't look gunslinger orange. For that matter it doesn't look like Any other subclass color. Any thoughts?

I think it's just Gunslinger. Don't get your hopes up that a new subclass will be released. It looked like Gunslinger orange to me.

It would be as cool as hell though if they released a new one, but the chances are very low.

iirc it was a white light but it's been a minute since i saw the trailer. I just happened to see a pic of cayde from back in forsaken and it got me thinking.

I think the chance of them eventually releasing one more is pretty high if not during final shape just for symmetry (3 light 3 dark) and also to have a darkness counter for solar

Its long since confirmed that they canned the red subclass after negative reception to strand being integrated into lightfall. Will likely come during an episode (if at all), not final shape

as much as i would love a new subclass, there's no way we would get a new one with the final shape since they already showed off all the new class stuff we are getting

Negative reception to strand? I thought strand was like the one thing everyone seemed to agree on that was good.
