Can't redeem my final Wish Token at Mara

I have a Wish Token in my consumables but when I go to Mara to redeem it, she has no options. I have tried reloading and resetting but same issue. Was really hoping to bank a final Lost Memento :/

u can only hold 1 of a certain momento at a time

If you already have a lost memento in your inventory, then you cannot get another one.

i finished prophecy, got the 2 tokens and alloy, and then after buying my red borders, i just got another wish token and alloy out of thin air. the one time i encounter a bug it doesn't even work ;-;

Dont have any of the lost mementos in my inventory. Mara's inventory wont load.

This also happened to me after I finished prophecy. I didn't see another token and alloy pop in out of thin air but I noticed that I had 3 when I thought I had 2. Assumed I just didnt cache one in. Maybe we got the same thing

There is an erroneous 7th token unintentionally appearing that can't be redeemed because you can only redeem the intended 6 tokens.

I have one last wish token, got a momento already, and completed five other rivens wishes, I am sitting on a wish token and idk what the issue is, no one seems to have come across this issue either. I am on ps4 btw, ik this is a steam but I masterworked 5 armor pieces (1 exotic 5 legendary) and now I have 1 wish token left over, how can I cash it in, because Mara just doesn't let me. I should be allowed to get 2 more 2 ascendant shards, and I haven't even tried to rig or glitch the system, please help ;_;
