Dungeon Rotation?

I am curious as to why Pit of Heresy, Shattered Throne and Prophecy are included in it. They don't have exotics tied to them (drop wise), the weapons certainly aren't worth going after and there a dungeons with actually insane weapons that people want, besides from increasing how long each dungeon is features would there be any other reason?

Pit has a ship that only drops from the boss. Maybe it is farmable in rotation?

The feature is "Dungeon Rotation" and not "I only want to play the meta dungeons Dungeon Rotation"

I sort of agree but for a different reason. It feels like the whole point of the rotation is for bungie to make you wait for literally no reason to be able to play the master versions to farm artificer armor but since dungeon rewards are already farmable and the 3 dungeons in question don't have a master difficulty there is no reason at all they should be a part of the rotation other than making you wait longer to get access to the master dungeon you want.

If they want to keep the rotating pinnacle gear then fine but every master dungeon should be available.
