Xur treasure room Help please

Hey there,

can sum1 please tell me real quick what i'm supposed to farm or what i shouldn't waste keys on?

I just want weapons; no armor; no skins; no emotes; no sparrows

and maybe cores to upgrade

How to go about it ( just bought 30 years package and now i want new weapons )

You didn't need the dlc pack for weapons, those come from the activity itself and opening the chest next to Xur. The dlc was solely for the cosmetics (and the grasp of avarice dungeon).

The big chest right next to Xur is the main one that takes the treasure keys for weapons.

ALL the ones scattered around downstairs are for armors, etc. that said the horse down there is a vendor, has useful bounties.

The loot pool itself from dares is immense, keep that in mind, but the key chests only has a few options, most are good.

Which weapons or perks on the weapons are suggested from there? I am just getting back on and wanting to know what to look out for.

Half Truths & Other Half swords are sought after because they can have Eager Edge, which is crucial for speedrunning techniques such as well skating and can be used for cheese such as the VoG Templar insta-pop.

BXR 55 Battler pulse rifle is popular because it can have incandescent, and since it's craftable it can have enhanced incandescent.

Wastelander shogtun is a light weight frame that can have 1-2 punch, which is great for melee builds since it buffs both your speed and your melee.

Pardon Our Dust grenade launcher is apparently pretty good. Someone who uses grenade launchers might weight in with why, or you can look it up on light gg to see it's perk pool and read reviews.

Gjalakdsjfljarhorn is popular because it can buff all your teammate's rocket launchers. It's obtained by getting the 'out fly the wolves' quest from Shaw Han.

There's also an exotic sidearm called Forerunner, that some people swear by.

kinda works well. And the blue Sword with a jumping perk if u switch to the weapon ( noob here )
