In what world would we get a 2 month long dawning event, the festival events are 3 weeks long.
or that a programmer f'd up and put in the seasonal end in the tooltip instead of the event end
I love how this got two jester awards even though it's right.
It's all well a good being right but a little tact or manners goes a long way.
Doing a half second of looking around goes a long way as well. If OP took less time than it took to write their post to read the announcement for the event they'd see it does CLEARLY say January 2nd is the end date.
There wasn’t anything unfriendly about their comment. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Here's attitude:
*Hair flip* Well if you looked around the event information posted in many places *points to announcement you saw when you opened Steam* you would see that its clearly intended to run until January 2nd for 3 week like literally every other event.
Listen guys, I just said that was a probability and tbh I think we all know how the first response could have been interpreted as passive aggressive. Pretending otherwise is a little disingenuous. Words paired with context can have baggage.
Personally I don't think it's too bad but two people obviously thought it was, given the jester awards.
