They have been tightening the screws on all characters lately and its clear why.
When TFS comes out, they want Guardians to be the weakest they have ever been, to show the overwhelming power of the Witness. Which doesnt make much sense but they have to create play value somehow and what's better than making you play the game slower and having the player die more often.
Instead of adding content we make the existing content spicier so the beginners and blueberries can hardly survive, and speedrunners still skip all the enemies.
There is no conceivable way that guardians could be "the weakest they've ever been" for TFS unless the campaign is 50 LL above you lol
Its still really damn strong. The biggest nerf is the 10 second cooldown on orb generation, but everyone is so worked up on the 1.5 second hammer throw.
