Pinnacle Dungeons not dropping gear if its not in collection?

I know artifice will only drop once you had it unlocked in collections, but on normal runs as well? I mean after your first completion, every additional run wont drop stuff that you do not have unlocked in collections. Is this how it is supposed to be?

Yes, you can farm the weekly rotator dungeon for new stuff but anything else only drops new stuff the first time that week per character.

Grasp of Avarice, 2nd encounter (Fallen Shield), 50 runs, only got Gauntlets and Sword, never the other 2 things (Matador and Chest), the probability of that happening is extremely low. I do not have Matador and Chest in my collections, so I assume they will never drop during the rotator. That is correct. Depending on where you got that Intel from, cuz i keep reading that shotgun also drops from 2nd encounter, not that it matters in this case.

Yes, thats what i said i did. But others have the same issue, if you dont have it in collections it wont drop on consecutive runs. Guess its a "feature". Thread can be closed.

If the dungeon is featured that week then you should be able to farm it, I mean they're always farmable now afaik and exotics are farmable during said week so I assume the difference of being featured means you can get new loot from it but did you really do it on all 3 characters and not get a shotgun? Maybe the rng is just really bad for you maybe try farming the final boss that drops two things which can include anything.
