I have found players with Conquer title wearing titan mark with an aditional general armor mod slot. Like instead of one general armor slot and three class item armor slot. This player had two general armor slot and two class item slot. The player had masterwork up to 25 pts.

That's the Black Armory seasonal set that ended back in 2021.

Can't get it anymore since it's vaulted.

Oh that? You can only get it from artifice armour from dungeons on Master difficulty.

Artificer armor from master dungeons, it has a free bonus armor slot for +3 stat selection. Its must have for class item but you can find better stat armor else where that the +3 doesn't make up for a bad distribution on a 65 stat piece.

So far this season not a single armor drop on nightfalls or seasonal activity have been good. All my old armor from two years ago still strong but I'm hoping for better loot.

Nightfalls and seasonal activities aren't supposed to be high stat although focusing seasonal engrams into armor has a good chance to be high stat and spiky along with using the stat focus mod on your ghost.
