The only actually negative dlc is Lightfall, that was a huge face plant by Bungie but its still worth it on sale if you want the Strand subclasses.
I'd start with the Legacy Collection (2023) for 3 story expansions and if you want more then grab Lightfall Annual.
I'm only saving like 8$ buying the legacy collection. Am i better off just buying the 3 dlc seperatly or are the dungeons mentioned in the individual game descriptions also in the legacy collection versions and their referring to completely different dungeons? if that makes sense ha
Like I said, people can't read for crap and then are surprised when there aren't extra features.
The "Witch Queen dungeons" are not and never were part of the witch queen expansion, its just easier to label them that rather than "year 5 dungeons."
Literally no reason to buy shadowkeep, beyond light, and witch queen separately if you can get the legacy collection (2023) cheaper.
