I did see your thread and responded on it. However, for clarity, I would like to note that there are certain situations that Destiny Player Support can provide assistance in this regard.
My best recommendation is to not deactivate Cross Save at this time.
Now my question would be, can I get a refund for lightfall + annual pass, and if so, how can I do ? I'm not familiar with steam policy on this matter. I think I have like 14 days to get a refund or something ?
Within 2 weeks, less than 2 hours playtime is a 100% refund. Anything after that is on a case by case basis.
Requesting a refund will only make the situation worse.
Cancelling and repurchasing the content will not give you the annual pass and the dungeon key a second time.
If repurchasing the Annual pass wouldn't work, at the very least I could refund Lighfall + Annual pass pack and just purchase Lightfall and forget about the annual pass. I would be ok with that if nothing else will work.
