what can i get from it ? except from 3 forsaken instant exotics can i get something instant ?and what other all stuffs does it gives ? can someone pls explain

It's literally just a bundle of the Forsaken pack and 30th anniversary pack. Unless you count the three free ciphers to buy Forsaken exotics, you don't get anything instantly, you have to earn it all.

Oh, I forgot. You also Instantly get 3 sets of ornaments from Xur in Eternity + some cosmetics.

It's just the Forsaken Pack and the 30th Anniversary edition, bundled together.

From the Forsaken Pack, you get the 3x Ciphers immediately (note you do not get extra if you already own Forsaken).
You're also able to purchase any Forsaken-era Exotic from the memorial kiosk, earn the world drop weapons/gear from Exotic Engrams, etc. You get access to the Shattered Throne Dungeon and the Last Wish Raid.

For the 30th anniversary, you get the 'Streetwear' cosmetic sets from Xur as instant unlocks.
You can pick up Gjallarhorn's quest and also earn the quest for Forerunner, as well as play the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. You can earn an additional cosmetic set and items from the chests in Xur's room and also from the Vidmaster seal triumphs.

i went to xur in nessus but there's nothing like all these

... in eternity. To be precise, in Xûr's Treasure Hoard.

and about the forsaken items , do i get them all ? if yes then how ? i only got 3 cyphers to get 3 items instantly and some requires 250 spoils of conquest item ... how i get that ??

What do you mean, how? You have to earn them. Most of them are simply bought in the Monument. The rest is obtained in the activities in the Dreaming City location.

And Spoils drop from the chests in raids.

This isn't an instant buy kind of game, you have to earn all your loot outside of a few specific cases such as the 3 forsaken exotic ciphers.
