does anyone know a good strat for the tormentor in deep dive

i keep getting it down to like a quarter or half but between its dmg resist and the timer whats a good strat for it?

Are you doing solo? If so, that sounds impossible.
In a group, someone should have divinity, and the rest use linear fusion (I also heard that a god roll retrofit escapade works well).

ive been using a fireteam but its just that im not sure what is a good weapon combo for that boss and its short dps window

firstly, the timer is shared so make sure you are killing the knight boss ASAP, use all ults and ammo since youll get a banner.
secondly, either run div + thunderlords OR run tractor + fusion rifle

The Root Of Nightmares slug does extra damage to tormentors, that with vorpal with Tractor Cannon can do some big damage.

tbh im not sure how i got it done but i killed the thing and got the gun and it feels underwhelming for the difficulty spike to get it, im sure its good in pvp tho
