Do you still need the Deluxe version of Witch Queen for the dungeons it gives?

because when they gave WQ for free weekend the other week, Osteo no longer required deluxe, so does this apply to dungeons as well?

also what else, if anything, are the differences between the deluxe and standard versions now that witch queen is over?

deluxe comes with dungeon key otherwise you can buy it for 2000 silver in eververse

Deluxe is an obsolete product. The only benefit it has (now) over the Basic version is the Dungeon Key. So ... compare the prices carefully. If you're not seeing a savings over just buying the Dungeon Key, it's probably not worth it.


I guess the Deluxe version has a few cosmetics too, but ... meh.

tbh the dungeon key alone is more than the deluxe edition on some websites so i guess its a saving regardless

The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition was never required for Osteo Striga, Deluxe Edition owners just got it a season earlier. After that first season all owners if the expansion could craft it, the description in-game still stated Deluxe was needed but that wasn't actually the case.

You need the dungeon key. You don't need to buy the deluxe edition to buy the dungeon key.

The Deluxe Edition is no longer available and can only be bought from third parties the vast majority of which will be unauthorised/grey market resellers. The only conditions under which you should purchase the Deluxe Edition are if a) you don't already own the standard edition and doing so is cheaper than the combined price of the Standard Edition and the 2000 Silver required for the Dungeon Key, b) if you do already own Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition is cheaper than 2000 Silver or c) if you absolutely can't live without the included cosmetics.
