Decisions by Bungie
Why on earth do Bungie think daylocking quests like the Wintersbite quest is a good idea. Like who the hell goes to lead design or creative lead or whoever and say "me has good idea we day lock quest đŸ‘đŸ€“"

Just why Bungie? A quest that takes an hour to do now takes a couple of days, or the boss battles that are now like dark souls battles aka CALUS. It's a casual shooter ffs.

Seriously why approve these ♄♄♄♄♄♄ ideas.

destiny 2 has never been a casual shooter except maybe year 1, if you play that way and don't engage in end game then fine but there is still "normal" difficulty for the campaign

I haven't said the quest is bad, it's the decision to daylock it which is bad.

lol bro, it's 3 days, there has been content that was locked behind a six week rotation. What makes you think that the entire content of destiny is supposed to be a casual shooter experience? It wouldn't be anywhere near as popular as it is if that were the case.

Time-gated content has always been something Bungie does, refer to the Black Aarmory's quest chain for Izanagi's and it's catalyst.

Bungie also caters and listend to the "top 1%" elitist player base and streamers, so dislike something Bungie is doing, look at those groups who whine endlessly that stuff is "too easy"
The entire point is to waste your time and keep you playing. They're made like this by design as it keeps the player engaged in various activities.

Oh, yea, not a fan of that.
Hmm, thing is.. Winterbite is a bad example. It is not daylocked/timegated. You can do it all in a couple of hours, I did. Unless you are only referring to it being available after the campaign?
