Armor mods that add stats like RADIANT LIGHT and POWERFUL FRIENDS are gone forever?

Read the mods, they are still there and they added more for each stat.

Mez is kind of right. There are mods that grant you *temporary* stat bonuses with armor charge, but mods that give passive perm. bonuses no longer exist.

Tbh if you have other mods then they might as well be passive.
