Gifting Annual Pass

is it possible to gift the annual pass to someone who already has the base lightfall? i dont feel like spending 100$ when they already have half of it.

yeah I'm having the same problem it just sound like steam ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and people are buy it and then thy trying not too give people thy money back i sent my friend money too get this and thy telling him he don't own the base game put it clearly says you are buying destiny 3 light fall plus the annual pass it don't just say light fall Annual pass so something is going own with this and steam need too fix it asap cause people lost money and thy not givein it back.... sooo ether thy ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up or it's some scamming going own here with still need too be fixed one way or another ima call bungie and see whats too it

If you have the money in your steam wallet you can buy an item from him on the community market that he markets for the amount he needs to get it. this is one way of doing it that i found, only problem is that you have to spend a little more due to steam taking a cut of the community item sale....
