I'm not getting the final achievement (completing a seal of triumph) even though I have several done at this point. What am I doing wrong?

Need to own Forsaken and complete a Forsaken related seal such as Curse-Breaker or Dredgen.

Wanna point out that Wayfarer, Chronicler, and Unbroken are no longer acquirable. Of the three remaining, Dredgen is considered the easiest to obtain.

Meanwhile Cursebreaker and Rivensbane requires playing Last Wish to obtain, and Rivensbane in particular requires a flawless run of LW.

Technically you don't have to raid for cursebreaker, you only have to shoot eggs and the one only reachable after killing a boss and be reached by joining a group that just killed it and hasn't gotten to the next part. With some of the randomness of the gambit triumphs I'd honestly say that curse breaker is easier unless you're lucky in gambit.

True, but how often do you find raid groups that beat up Morgeth just to allow others to hop in and out for the egg?

Most of the Gambit triumphs for Dredgen don't really need that much luck. The ones that would definitely take a fair amount of luck would be Light vs. Light and Protect the Runner, though the latter can be easily obtained with a good team. Plus, none of it is timegated, and they removed the associated badge, so a determined player can quickly obtain the seal within a week or less if they wanted.

Perhaps it'd be better to say that Dredgen is the quickest to obtain.

That is true, filling out the collections badge was a choir so getting rid of that probably leaves protect the runner to be the hardest part which to be honest is probably easier now that the bank can be drained giving you more time to get the required number of motes and the rounds are so much shorter leading to less of a chance of dying.
