This is impossible to do on Legend
There is 3 of us (should be able to get more players at once)
And there is NO checkpoint !
This is ridiculous
It also scales with fireteam size. So the user you quoted is actually making it harder for themselves by having a full fireteam.
We finally made it, I am curious what the next quests require...
(should you choose to accept it II, III, and IV)
This is nothing new, The same thing will happen when The FInal Shape releases. All the seasonal content from lightfall will be gone when the final shape releases. This has been a thing forever.
OH and there will be another expansion, The Final Shape. Confirmed will be the next expansion after lightfall.
I mean.. anyone can do it with enough patience and practice. It is very simple if you take the time to make a loadout :) For starters, arc will be your best friend given like 98% of the enemy uses arc-powered shields.
If you feel like brute-forcing your way through legend difficulty, then I guess a build based around regeneration can help you. :D I normally switch to regen at Praksis.
The final part of all the Should You Choose To Accept it quests involve running Seraphs Shield on legend. However it is possible to advance all 4 (or 3 now in your case) of the quests up to the point where you need to do the operation and then grab all of the weapon schematics on one run. After that you can unlock the Hunter's Trace perks by doing completions on normal difficulty.
