Their are only 2 viable builds other wise for pve, Gyrfalcon's Hauberk or god mode solar. Both are simple enough. For Gyrfalcons just use a void weapon while pushing stats & abilitys to maximize invisibility up time. For solar you use Acrobats Dodge+solar weapon with the fragments Ember of Empyrean and Ember of Solace with a healing grenade. Cast grenade->cast dodge->proceed to chain solar weapons kills->enter god mode. Optimal solar weapons would be Mida Mini Tool(crafted), Ammit AR2(crafted), Vex Mythoclast(raid exotic 5% drop rate from the final boss once per week per character), Tarrabah(exotic archive 240 spoils of conquest).
If you wonder what my qualifications are for my suggestions well I got over 300 raid clears, solo flawless dungeon clears, Grandmaster solo flawless clears, Gilded Unbroken, & Glorious.
Arc: Assassin's Cowl, Liar's Handshake, Shinobu's Vow, Raiju's Harness for pvp.
Your dps mod setup has something backwards, I'll let you sort that one out. I also bet my unmodded dps setup will do more than yours.
As for solar: don't use Acrobat's Dodge, run Ember of Torches, Athrys' Embrace for super damage weighted knives+free unstoppable, Caliban's Hand(you don't really need a weapon), Assassin's Cowl, Ophida Spathe, Young Ahamkara's Spine, Shards of Galanor.
Void: tried and true Orpheus Rig, Graviton Forfeit, Omnioculus, and the aforementioned Gryfalcon.
If your unaware of the changes to grand overture it says it all. Id google it along with merciless.
You will want to keep resilience high, as this increases your pve damage resistance. 20% reduction at 70 resilience, 40% at 100 resilience. But yea deff push mobility and use gamblers dodge. Also keep your eye out for a mod called Powerful Friends, as this provides 20 mobility and populates a combat style mod slot. Its considered the best mod for hunters. On that note dont ever invest in mobility as a warlock or titan if you ever choose to play either. The lower your mobility as a warlock or titan the faster you are & the higher your mobility the slower you are. Not a joke, has to do with how titans and locks build momentum as where hunters do not.
