Not much of a solution of PC players can't participate.
If you're really taking the steam survey into account then how are you coming to that conclusion? For the sake of simplicity let's say there are 20 million ps5 users to 100 million steam computers surveyed. Of course the sheer amount of old or low end computers steam is installed on is going to skew the numbers, even that 20% of high end computers meet/beat ps5. So yes, PS5 surpasses all those "gaming laptops" with a nvidia 1650 and an i5 cpu @ 2.7ghz and 8 gb of ram.
I have a PS5 and a XBox series X as well as PC.
All 3 have nearly identical load times.
If your PC is taking that much longer to load you are doing something very very wrong with your PC.
Same goes for PCs
