Delete 90% of your vault

You not gonna use more then 90% of weapons you get and most of the armor. Use something like destinyrecipes.com/vault and d2armorpicker.com to make ultimate builds and you done.

Admittedly, I could stand to purge far, far more aggressively than I do (do I really need 6 Palmyra-B's when I don't even like Rocket Launchers to begin with?).

Most of the crap in my vault are exotic weapons that I don't want to constantly reacquire at 1350. Not gonna delete them on the off chance they become decent for a season or more.

I try to purge a little every season and keep on top of the fluff build up, most of what I'm left with is master-worked gear from many a different seasons. Whether I use it regularly or not deleting it would be ripping myself off in regards to time and materials spent.

It's not like I spend most of my time and materials on all god rolls I deleted, the only thing that was holding me to not dismantle them was "I spend so much materials and time" just to use them maybe for a week. If you don't like the weapon or there are better alternatives it's better to just deleted it.

On personal note I keep each weapon with each element for example, I have 5 pulse rifles (not counting exotics) 1 Stasis/Kinetic, 1 Arc 1 Solar and 1 Void + 1 for PvP and in total I have less then 100 weapons and still I use maybe 20-30 of them.

stop trying to tell people how to play the game. bungie gives you 600 vault spaces, so if people want to use all 600 they have every right to do so. there's no detriment to having a full vault, you're not penalised for it, and what other people do with their vaults has nothing to do with you and affects you in no way whatsoever
