PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME HOW I'm getting 2 tapped with pulse rifles/scout

Really how am I getting 2 tapped with pulse rifles like Outbreak and Dead mans tale with Titan on 10 Resiliance? Now here's the weird thing, I would have to shoot 4-5 times with the exact same weapons in their heads? is something else going on? Please tell me this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating in trials

Only just outbreak, also DMT and many other pulse rifles and scout rifles

1. Resilience tier 10 in PvP doesn't really do much aside of reducing flinch, the 40% damage reduction only counts in PvE.
2. Heavy impact pulse rifles with any sort of damage buff can 2 or even 1 burst. Especially when multiple damage buffs are stacked.
3. Dead man's tale can also 2 tap due to stacking damage buffs, not to forget dead man's tale own perk.

Sounds like your light level isnt max? Think some perks do more damage after a kill as well.

Dead Man's Tale is a Scout, not a Pulse. It hits pretty hard if you've got good aim.

The truth -- most of PVP is D2 is one shotting each other for 10 minutes. PVP in that game is designed that way almost everyone is using the same 5 weapons because they hit hard to cause a one shot kill. Your only real strategy is using cover -- other stuff doesnt matter much.

How do people become radiant so quickly in trials? I don't use hunter so maybe its something they can do?

Do Siva nanites actually activate in PvP? I've used outbreak for a while, but whenever I put a whole entire mag into a warlock camping his rift with a DMT I don't seem to get a damage buff.

Siva nanites only happen on precision kills.
