dont get me wrong, i fully agree with you. its actually frustrating sometimes.
if youre really unlucky you get stuck with 2 people not knowing how they work, and it takes ages for some people to realise.
i usually go for a ball myself, make sure im between the players and the taken and just throw it at them. in 80% of the cases, people make the click and understand, the other 20% learns the hard way.
however, in the real rare case that even after the elevator and pre realm phase, they still didnt get it, its just hope and pray that they die on the way to the last platform and you get time enough to try and deal with the endboss before they arrive and can screw it up.
ps: there is a skip if you didnt know, it can backfire by you dying, but if you make it, you win like a minute or 2.
right after the elevator went fully down and the doors open, leg it and sprint towards the place where you have to fight the ogre minibosses, but dont enter. what will happen is the knights and savathuns watchers will despawn, aking the pain a bit less, if youre dealing with people that dont know the mechanic.
The boss is a little bit different. It goes a lot farther to use the bonus damage there. I can definitely agree it would be a minor inconvenience and possibly even an irritation if your team dies at any point because it can't be cleared in an efficient enough manner.
Sure, but it also have little to no effect on anything if it doesn't happen... it doesn't matter. Surely not worthy of a rant post lol. If your reasoning is the potential of losing because of it you have MUCH bigger problems than the game of catch you didn't have with you dad in the front yard.
And take a ball after Sedia escaped, to actually deal damage ( or even kill her ) before you reach the final area.
