No matter how much we like the game: Destiny's loot system is utter horse****.
There is no other way to say it. It's a fact.
Games should be based on skill, not sheer luck, and legit reward RNG has failsafes.
People let Bungie get away with far too much BS.
indeed , it should totally be based on skill.
Yet sadly, the game is first based on how much time you can spend.
For example, you are required to grind out +15 artifact levels and +10 pinnacles every 3 months just to have access to GMs and play Master raids/dungeons.
I am tired of that artificial and boring time sink. Endgame content should be about the skill needed to complete them, not the free time you have.
i finaly got it last week took me two months and its useless to me currently... i did want touch but loreley got nerf and i dont know what to do with it anymore....its kinda sitting in my vault. so dont worry about it better just focus on crafting raid weapons....
Someone above said, skill should reward you, but those times are also troubling.
I would be for installing some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad luck protection for everything.
So people can clear KF or anything else 50 or 100 times, and finally get their drop.
After that, reset the BL protection so the chance to get a 2nd one is bad but can improve through clears.
After the 2nd drop, reset again, and so on and on.
That Bungie can't think of a guaranteed BL protection in each activity that relies on drops, shows how much they want you to grind.
Recently picked up Warframe and immediately gave up on it as well, that game is not only grindy but has insane timers for crafting gear, I ain't got the time to wait 24h for a weapon that I then have to level up from scratch and all that BS. So there IS worse Developers than Bungie out there.
That doesn't aleviate the pain from D2 not having bad luck protection for anything anymore. Bad Bungie, BAD!
