Recluse will still be good after the nerf.

If you just want other SMGs to use, then you have a few options...

Huckleberry and riskrunner are both great. Huckleberry is a good all rounder, riskrunner is amazing ONLY if the enemies are shooting arc.

If you don't want to give up your exotic slot...

Exit strategy is great. A well rolled subjunctive, breath of the dragon or bug out bag can be just as lethal as recluse. I have a subjunctive with outlaw/multikill clip and the damage is pretty nasty if you can keep multikill clip x3 stacked up.

Just grab a 900 smg and get multikills. If you're a gambit regular, the other two are simple or are already done.

Eh that's a Scout though, not a bad weapon but not comparable in terms of utility.

I'd say Breath of the Dragon if you have one, or wait until next Iron Banner week, fits the role just fine.

If I recall right (dont have it) but isnt Oxygen a scout? We are currently operating on the idea OP wants a smg replacement.
