Would yall recommend Fists of havoc of Thundercrash missle?

I stopped playing for a month until arc 3.0 came out and i was wondering if anyone had any idea which one was better for big body damage

Thundercrash with cuirass of the falling star will always be the choice for dps but for anything else use what you want but imo havoc feels pointless without its old ability to get energy back and thunder crash feels pointless without the exotic.

Thundercrash for clean and max dmg, fist of havoc is only good for wiping trash mobs.
