Apparently the d2 community is in favor of glitch killing people for no reason and will sh1t on anyone who has a problem with it, so forget I even asked about it.

Was it the half truth or the other half? If so, they can come with a perk that gives increased lunge distance which can physics both yourself and other players. It's pretty entertaining to watch but annoying when someone uses it to grief another person.

I had this happened to me too - I agree stuff like this doesn't belong in the game. But maybe the other player didn't realize this would happen either. If it's only happened once it pays to give people the benefit of the doubt, no?
But that Bungie allows this in their game is another issue. They should remove it or allow an opt out ability.

in case of player collision with eager edge, 75% (if not 100%) of the collision damage should go to the guy swinging. That would solve it.

it is 99.9999% done on purpose to annoy people. I dont know why bungie is not fixing it.

What would adding a self damage exception for a perk only found on two weapons solve? The player being flung will still take environmental damage, and splatter, solving less than nothing.

They don't fix it, because player collision is working as intended, just a lot faster.

Just move on with your life, or I'll make it a point to eager edge you.

technically, it isn't the collision between players that kill, smashing into the opposite wall is what does the job

bruh. literally its the end of the mission. why do you even care that you got pushed to death. i always get xbox players going afk expecting me to finish the strike but all i do is report them for being afk nd if they dont get kicked after 5 minutes i just load up another strike. point is, shouldnt get butt hurt about it.
