Didn't get Gjallarhorn after beating GoA

I also can't pick up the quest from Xur and the quest isn't in my quest log either. I beat the dungeon on a new Titan I made about 4 days ago.

Did you check the second tab of his vendor screen? Also are you using cross-save and did the dungeon on a different platform?
