I do remember when shoulder rushes were insta kill on any subclass which to me was pretty fair, and one of the few things titans had going for them. With the new void stuff, titans are much more viable now, but still.
Or there are hidden nerfs after that time recently "Titan charge/swing no longer 1 hit kill"..
...maybe lagg, lagg does made things super weird, even within split second, either hardware nor internet lagg
the nerf to its damage was necessary and its in a good place right now.
Throwing knife has insane aim assist, you barely have to aim. Handheld is still very easy to use, it takes a bit more thought than the other two, sure.
Yeah SC can blind suppress and burn...if it hits. 9 times out of 10 you get shotgunned, and if it does hit, you wont kill them. Even if they dont immediately kill you, it takes long enough to be able to melee/shoot that you'll die without accomplishing anything.
Shoulder charge should one shot, IF it has a long cooldown.
what does getting shotgunned have to do with its damage? people were getting pelted by shotties even when shoulder charge WAS a 1-hit. that doesn't mean they should un-nerf it because that will solve nothing. also you guys have an exotic that boosts its damage so logically it made sense to nerf it otherwise what was the point in using peregrine greaves? increase it's pve damage? what a top tier exotic.
also if you cant kill a guy who takes enough damage to be 1-tapped by majority of weapons then that's a player issue. try combining your charge with a punch or a special. seems like there are plenty of options.
At least when SC was one shot, you could at least GET a kill with it...
And there are plenty of exotics that are only good in pvp or pve...so that's not really a valid argument. Peregrine was strong enough to let you one shot champions in endgame pve
