Is phoenix protocol good for like legend + NF's?

It can be good for GM's but I don't really do GM's, just from what I've heard and I've used Phoenix Protocol and gives really nice uptime on Well of Radiance. Up to you what exotic to run while doing NF's and such Aeon's is good if you have an organized team and not pugs.

Its more for add clearing to get your super back I think lunafaction boots are more favored due to the increased reload speed when your in the well.

Can someone tell me a good load out for warlock for the end game stuff? I can't find any good combos

Can't go wrong with well of radiance most of the time but using the stasis turret with maxed out disciple is good too.
