I'm not a huge fan of it for the reason you stated but it does have its uses and there are people that get a lot of use out of it and it obviously gets more use out of special and heavy weapons as it'll kind of act like a auto reloading plus increasing the mag size when you pull it out.
but maybe you did not know this but people did not have infinite ammo before.
so it is useless now but was fine on sub machine guns earlier this year.
try using exotic HUCKLEBERRY and you will see why overflow is so amazing.
