Go to the thrallway in the Shattered Throne Dungeon and equip Null Composure and the Heavy handed seasonal arc mod. Can easily farm there.

The drop rate is low. What I did is reruns of a lost sector with void weapon until I get some. What Jaesura suggested is very good (also the Shiru Chi cp or whatever it's called). Make void your everything (class, energy, power) and you'll get it. Eventually
