Gjallarhorn locked behind 3-man dungeon without matchmaking...

Despite being on all of the marketing materials, Gjallarhorn requires a group to obtain and there is no matchmaking... Guess solo players and people like me who don't want to use forums/apps to make groups are SoL... GG Bungie, that was some BS you just pulled.

FF14 is a great example of how to do this right with all raids/trials and all major content available in matchmaking and the rewards/story beats are not locked and for those who enjoy harder content and even more lucrative rewards there are harder versions of the same challenge that they can get off on.

This needs to be implemented into Destiny 2 going forward.

Dungeon is very straight forward and easy, just use Bungie official lfg tool through Bungie.net just sign in through steam, click to join a group, accept the in game invite and bring a brain.

None of the dungeons have matchmaking, and each dungeon (except for prophecy I think) has an exotic tied to it. Pit of Heresy has Xenophage, Shattered Throne has Wish Ender, and Grasp of Avarice has Glallarhorn.

All of them can be done solo, although it will be much, much more difficult.

This is nothing new. Avarice does seem to be the more difficult one currently though.

Bait or not, people like this exists. Either they are too socially anxious or they are as lazy as a koala. There is no reason not to use the bungie/discord lfg for finding fireteams other than personal issues

LFG Dungeon requires no communication at all, unlike raids. Just read a guide (so you don't make a fool of yourself), hop into LFG, treat the other teammates like blueberries in playlist strikes, and you'll get your loot. And no, Gjallarhorn can be obtained solo, so Bungie didn't lie there.

You can do it solo you know, or use the multitude of options to find others

You spent $100 to get the Anniversary pack, Witch Queen, next year’s season pass, and the dungeon pack … just to get one rocket launcher. And now you won’t even make the effort to find a group and run the dungeon to unlock it?

bro I felt exactly like you do. I watched a guide on youtube which took like 10 mins, went into LFG put up a "GoA, Noobs" group, and found another one with others around my light level. We completed it in an hour or so, it's honestly not that bad as long as you have a general idea of what to do and have a little bit of communication, either on mic or typing. I did it typing

I dont want insult you or anything but most dlc content in most games is based on acquiring it by doing that content. And you saying i paid and i want to get everything now is realy looking like a rant of a mobile game player that is used to buying stuff 24/7. Dont get me wrong but the game is much better off without people like you in destiny. There is enough toxicity in here and we dont need more.
