combine charge harvester with lot of mods that provide light charges by doing something specific, you become living lightning rod
very good for melee titans
it consumes one stack each time it goes off.
correction: protective light will consume all stacks at once. reactive pulse consumes one charge each time it goes off.
yeah, is most likely what is happening. protective light is a much better mod to use in my opinion anyway, unless doing lower level activities. i don't run reactive pulse for GMs, etc.
