Ascendant Shards and Ascendant Alloys

I know some of the players would bash me because of this topic, but please before you do it listen to me 1st. I've been playing D2 for almost 3 years now and most of the time I play it solo. I got a clan but I always feels out of place and as an introvert it's really hard sometimes to ask help from the others. My concern is that I hope Bungie would implement someday an activity where we solo players could at least has a 10% chance to be able to get an Ascendant shards and alloys from specific event. Like they could just at least put a 10% chance of getting them from NF Heroic difficulty or from normal Wellspring event. I know some players would say that "what would you expect man, this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ team play game", yeah I am fully aware of it but gosh not all players are friendly to help random players like me. Also keep in mind that there are players out there like me where we play D2 for fun only whenever we have time in our hands, not to be pro at it like the others. I think it would not be too bad of an idea Bungie to put some at least 5 to 10 percent of chance for us to be able to get an Ascendant shards or alloys from some specific activity. Or just make it that at least once a week where we can get from NF heroic difficulty an at least one alloy as a reward only from a 3 completion from it. I can understand ascendant shards to be super rare in game and it's ok because we can still purchase them in exchange of some glimmers and prisms. But please do something about the alloys. Make some ideas for us solo and not hard core players to be able to get them. You can make them challenging for us but not to the point where we need to go around asking some players to spare us some time. I'm from Philippines and surely my location is in sea server (even though there's no such setting where I can choose from) but not all Filipinos play this game. Please Bungie hear us out at least Ascendant Alloys only. Not to mention 400 shards for one alloy is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expensive for players that are not grinder. At least make it 300. I know your doing these for us players to make contact with others and mingle but some of us just want to play alone and enjoy the game like the campaigns. I hope someday there would be changes to Ascendant shards and alloys.

You don't need to communicate on Master NF/Wellspring. Just make a post or join from LFG and farm it. Also you have Season pass and Rahool/Banshee not gonna drop prices anytime soon. They want you to complete something instead of giving Endgame materails for nowthing.

Im a grinder and still i agree that 400 isnt cheap. But as for alloys do story missions and find people trough companion app on your phone. No comunnication need. I sit on 8 alloys from weekly story missions with random people from the app.

May I ask which difficulty you choose for weekly story mission? Also, is it possible to grind for alloys there everyday?

You can get alloy from higher difficulty weekly witch Queen mission and could be soloed if you're good enough in addition to wellspring lfg.

Please don't let being an introvert stop you from using lfg discord or Bungie fireteam finder. I get it if you don't want to talk or are shy but for wellspring and weekly mission for alloys and nightfalls for shards you don't need to talk and I've never been in a group that even wants to.

I'd suggest waiting for the Armsdealer strike as that is probably the easiest one this season and all you need is arbalest for anti barrier and a good energy pulse rifle for unstoppable.

Tldr - bite the bullet and get used to lfg. It'll open up a lot of the game for you and you don't have to actually interact with people or at least more than you do in match making.

Search for that app with your phone and install it than you link your bungie account and when you do you just make a lobby and people join you than you send invites trough the app and people join and you play. Realy easy. Story missions can be farmed as much as you want for alloys. The harder the difficulty the more chance to get alloy. Drop rates are quite good so you dont need to sit all day.
